We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an MI Specialist working in our head office at Morrisons.

You will be a key resource in People Systems activity providing the People Team and wider business with robust and insightful analysis of people data to support effective decision making, subject matter expertise in all people systems processes. You will be the functional

expert in the people systems that you support.

You'll need skills and experience like this;

- Capturing business reporting requirements
- Building and testing reports
- Knowledge of Payroll and HCM preferably Oracle
- Strong experience with reporting using OTBI in Oracle Fusion Cloud environment
- Experience with BI Publisher reports
- Understanding of databases and data relations
- Knowledge of SQL, development of and bug fixing
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
