Description

A world class investment management solutions provider is urgently seeking an experienced Consultant with organisational design and transformation experience ideally gained within financial services.

With a primary function of facilitating the design of their target operating model, you will successfully plan and deliver the projects within the transformation programme.

You should have experience of delivering organisational design across multiple projects with multiple workstreams across several teams and locations as well as managing compliance.

Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:


- Organisational design planning of principles
- Organisational structure design
- Capability analysis
- RACI analysis
- Impact analysis and role transition plans

You will also act as a central point of contact for organisation design across all stakeholders and prepare and present organisation design artefacts for syndication and approval as required by Programme Governance.

Experience of 2nd line oversight functions such as Risk, Compliance and Legal as well as experience of large-scale transformation projects involving organisation, process, location and technology change would be highly advantageous.
