As an Outbound Customer Services Advisor, you will be joining a company that reward and recognise their employees with development and progression plans, individually tailored to you. Along with offering an exceptional basic salary of £20,000 per annum and an uncapped bonus which will see your OTE rise to £45,000.

To be successful in this outbound customer services role you will have experience from within a call or contact centre, office, retail or hospitality background. You will need to demonstrate experience of engaging with customers, confidence in your communication skills and be able to work to targets.

In this outbound customer services role, you will be responsible for offering every client exceptional service, following up on previous appointments made through the business with a view to up selling additional products and services that may be a requirement by the customer.

This outbound customer services role includes working hours between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, including just 1 in 3 Saturday’s until 5pm. You will be rewarded with an exceptional basic salary of £20,000, with an uncapped bonus which will see your earnings rise to £45,000 OTE.
