Description

World leading private equity house based in Mayfair are looking to identify an executive assistant to support at Executive Director level.

Excellent company benefit plan.
They are looking to hire a dynamic Executive Assistant who can support the managing partners and interface with stakeholders.

Requirements for this PA to Senior Partner position:
*Ideally degree or equivalent, but not essential
*Proven experience as a PA / EA experience, ideally within Private Equity, Boutique
finance or at C-Suite Level
*Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
*Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
*Excellent organisational and prioritising talents
*Resourceful, proactive nature
*High attention to detail

Main Duties:
*Extensive diary and complex international travel management.
*Arranging meeting rooms, equipment, catering, accommodation, restaurants etc.
*Road show and event coordination
*Arranging conference calls and video-conferences.
*Managing expenses, reimbursements
*General office and operation management
*Establishing and maintaining effective relationships, people management at all
levels.
*Collating confidential papers for meetings, creating and updating presentations.
*Liaising effectively with internal and external PAs both in London and globally
*Delivery of projects as required
