We have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join our Corporate Services department, where you will provide high quality PA duties to the Company Secretary & Director of Legal, as well as administrative support across the team.


The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest independently owned non-profit hospital, and we have been providing exceptional care since 1932. We have 8 premises, where we perform highly complex procedures as well as routine surgery & medicine.


Job Profile:

As PA to Director of Legal & Team Administrator, you will be required to provide a professional, efficient and high quality support to the Corporate Services team and The London Clinic as a whole.


Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities


Diary management to balance meeting requests, locations and office time.

Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders on meetings / activity

Prepare letters, reports, PowerPoint and Excel documents as required

To manage the director-level Weekly Operations meeting and ensure all papers/ agendas and any other necessary items for the meeting are distributed in a timely manner.

Act as the first point of contact for general Corporate Services enquires, ensuring that queries and questions are filtered, dealt with promptly and if needed escalated to the relevant team member


Skills & Experience

A relevant academic background. “A” Level or equivalent

Experience as a Personal Assistant to director level / Team Administrator

Well organised, good at planning ahead and able to meet deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels

Excellent attention to detail

Able to prioritise and make decisions on workload according to deadlines
