The Paid Search Executive plays an important role in managing the performance of the paid search marketing channels to achieve significant business growth for TUI brands in the UK (TUI, First Choice and Crystal Ski). PPC is the largest area of the online marketing team, so this role will make a significant impact to the performance of our websites.

You will work within a team of performance marketing specialists whose objective is to deliver the overall digital marketing strategy and ensure our marketing performance and technology stack are best in class to achieve our objectives.

Search marketing for the travel industry is growing increasingly sophisticated and diverse and this role is central to driving the best performance of our paid search marketing. You will work at within a team that is at the forefront of performance marketing and be involved in a number of exciting projects to drive the business forward.

We manage a multi-million budget and drive high scale traffic which gives you the freedom and opportunity to set up and run experiments to find new ways for growth.

What you will be doing As a Paid Search Executive you will be responsible for owning your own projects and products, working together with our agency and supporting your line manager. A day at the office would like this:

After you've arrived at the office you will have a look yesterday's performance and highlight any anomalies. You will take some time to investigate any potential issues and share your findings with the team. Then you'll join a stand up around a product you want to grow through PPC. You share what you have done, and discuss what the next steps are that can help hack growth for this product. You'll also share your thoughts for other channels. After the stand-up you will take some time to roll out the actions you agreed on and share any challenges with your line manager.

After lunch there is the trading meeting where you will share the current performance and the actions our team are planning to take to maintain the efficient position. After the performance call you will evaluate audiences on our Bing accounts to make sure everything is still performing as planned. In the mean time you keep an eye on the performance of Bing to see if there is anything else you can do to improve the performance. Just before you go home, you double check the first impact of your changes done in the morning. When everything looks good, you go home for a well-deserved rest.

What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience in building and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Strong numerical and analytical skills & use of MS Excel
- Creative, innovative and ideas orientated approach
- Team Player with the ability to be autonomous in their work
- Degree educated, ideally in economics, marketing, maths or equivalent
- Must be flexible to adjust to a fast changing environment and be comfortable working under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
