As Recruitment Administrator, your duties will be varied and include:
- Maintaining CRM database
- Answering the telephone
- Updating candidate CV's
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- Preparing interview confirmations
- Preparing job offers
- Writing job adverts and posting them on to job boards
- Updating candidates on the outcome of their application
- Ensuring compliance checks have been completed for all new starters
- Flexible approach to changing workloads
- A positive can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
