Description

Atkinson Moss are currently recruiting for a part time HR Administrator to join this city centre based organisation.

This is initially a temporary ongoing role, with a view to becoming permanent. Ideally you will be able to start immediately, following interview.

You don't need to have had previous HR experience, you will, however need to have good administration and organisational skills. You will be proficient is all elements of Microsoft Office and generally IT literate. Additionally, you must be confident in picking up the phone, co-ordinating things and working proactively.

Duties to include;

Assist with recruitment
Internal training administration.
Company-wide event planning admin
Drafting letters
Wellbeing week co-ordination and regular touchpoints with wellbeing co coordinators across the company
Updating team purchase order system
Creating contracts/letters

HOURS:

Ideally you will bve able to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) 10am-2pm. However, consideration can also be given to some working from home. Ideally though, the role needs to be covered 4 or 5 days per week.

SALARY:

Full Time Equivalent Salary - £18,000 - £20,000 per annum pro rata (based on a full time 37.5hours per week).
