Responsibilities:

Picking, quality checking and processing KG and Harrods Direct customer orders

Operating IT systems

Internal stock management

Investigating stock discrepancies

Database handling

Communicating with other departments via email and telephone

Liaising with shop-floor staff and management team

Requirements


A focused team player with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in the picking and processing of online customer orders.

Punctual and responsible

A confident communicator

The ability to take ownership of assigned tasks

Willingness to help out in other areas when necessary

The ability for work flexible shifts, including weekends
