Permanent Part time Receptionist (afternoons), Edinburgh city centre, £16500 pro rata

Your new company
Hays is delighted to be partnered with this public sector organisation that is currently recruiting for an afternoon receptionist to join the office on a permanent basis. Hours will be 12:45pm - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 12:45pm - 3:45pm on Friday.

Your new role
Duties will include:


- taking incoming calls
- handling general enquiries
- meeting and greeting clients
- setting up meeting rooms
- managing the meeting room booking system
- general administration


What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a customer service/reception role in a professional setting. You will be articulate, highly organised and have strong attention to detail. You must deliver exceptional customer service at all times and be confident working both independently and as a part of a team.
