Payroll Assistant, Manchester, £20,000 - £24,000

Client Details

Not-for-profit organisation in Manchester are recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to join them on a 2 month FTC.

Description

As the Payroll Assistant your responsibilities will include:


- Monthly and weekly payroll end to end
- Processing holiday pay requests and expenses
- Creating new client account records on the payroll system
- Importing pay and charge data files
- Pension administration including sending and retrieving files from the pension provider
- Making BACS and same day payments
- Processing leavers and issuing P45s

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will meet the following criteria;


- Have minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role
- Be able to run a end-to-end payroll process
- Have SAGE Payroll experience
- Have experience in monthly, weekly and time-sheet payroll
