Interaction are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant for an expanding SME organisation based in Ipswich who are looking to add a new payroller to their friendly team.
Working alongside a finance team of 6 you will be responsible for processing the company payroll and dealing with all related queries.
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours/ week
Duties of the role will include:
· Preparing a monthly payroll for approx.
100 staff as well as a small weekly payroll
· Preparing and issuing P45s/P60s and year end documentation
· Processing all statutory payments
- SSP/SMP/SAP, and SPP
· Dealing with pension contribution calculations and payments
· Dealing with all payroll related queries
Sage Payroll experience would be an advantage, but experience on any payroll system considered.
