Description

Pure are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts and Payroll Assistant for a business north of Norwich who are growing considerably.
Our client, who have a fantastic reputation, are seeking an individual to support their accounting and payroll function who is keen to join them on this exciting journey.
Longer term, there is the opportunity and encouragement to take a lead progress into management.

Processing monthly payroll
Ensure that all payroll information is up dated and maintained
Process all new starters and leavers
Assist in the production of Payslips, P60's andP11d's
Streaming processes and implementingchangewhere necessary
Dealing and resolving any internal queries regarding payroll for the business
Support with the production of payroll dataand analysisforinternal reporting
Supporting with some HR related tasks
Assisting with general accounting duties that could include reports, reconciliation's and ledger control.

Personal Skills and qualification required:
Excellent communication skills
Good administration and organisational skills
Excellent time management
Payroll experience not necessary, ideally accounting or administration would be advantageous.

Strong IT skills including use of Outlook, Word and Excel
