Our established West London client very well known in their field are seeking a creative HR Manager with experience to look after all HR requirements and find the best talent for their business.

What does the role entail?

As the HR Manager you will be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries, supporting colleagues across the business on all matters across the HR spectrum. You will provide full support on the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding to performance management all the way through to terminations. You will update, develop and implement HR policies to further improve the business and work on a range of HR projects to further improve the work environment.

You will also be getting involved in the full recruitment process. You will use a range of platforms and attraction methods to bring talent in to the business creating a pool of talent for upcoming roles as well as onboarding staff and improving the business; finding the best talent and retaining them.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this HR Manager position you will already have solid experience working at a HR Advisor or HR Manager Level. You will also have experience in recruitment, learning and development and be wanting to get stuck in to a role.

You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, someone who is a self-starter, who can influence, work under pressure, multi task as well as being a great individual at prioritising. Added bonuses would be having a CIPD qualification, experience in a retail organisation.
