Are you looking to develop a career in one of the world’s largest Research Agencies?

We are looking for a professional PA to support three Senior Leaders

What you’ll be doing ….

This is a varied and interesting role and includes: - Organising and maintaining diaries and arranging internal and external meetings

General day-to-day administration such as compiling expenses claims, arranging travel, taking notes at meetings other ad hoc admin

Preparing high quality presentations/documents for ‘critical’ internal and external audiences

Collating and providing management reporting information

Supporting Healthcare function, including maintaining contacts database and supporting events organisation

About you ….

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: - Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude to work

Adaptable and able to show initiative

Ability and desire to understand our business sufficiently to carry out role

Able to prioritise and multi-task efficiently

Excellent written, verbal and ‘design-led’ communications skills

Able to build rapport across the business at all levels

Attention to detail

Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Able to act with discretion and deal with confidential information
