Job Description

Providing diary and inbox management for the Director of Communications

Coordinating project activities across the team

Database management and development, using Excel

Maintaining certain sections of the company website

Assisting with organisation of conferences and events


The Successful Applicant

Demonstrable experience of providing PA-style support in a Comms function

Good experience of using Excel and other databases

Experience of supporting conferences and events

A background in Private Equity / Investment would be advantageous


What's on Offer

A salary of £30,000 in addition to very generous annual leave, non-contributory pension and private medical.
