Personal Assistant in Tech Industry

Your new company
Your new company is a technology company focused on engineering great customer experience.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of the diaries for all types of meetings, lunches and dinners, sending out invitations and re confirmations to all guests, as well as organising meetings, preparing board rooms and greeting guests. You will be responsible for the booking and co-ordination of all travel activities, both international and domestic, with everything from flights, chauffeurs and hotels to detailed itineraries. You will be processing expenses, petty cash and bills/invoices, following up and filing in order to pass on to the accountant. You will also be responsible for day to day management and running of the office, being first point of contact and in overall charge of all office related matters including but not limited to ordering of office suppliers, stationary, flowers, deliveries, equipment etc. You will be based on the front desk, so there will be receptionist duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience working in similar role supporting at Director level, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative with great attention to detail. You will need to be confidential and professional at all times.
