PA / Personal Assistant’s Core Duties

- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Assisting senior staff members
- Organising employee timetables
- Answering employees’ queries about office and HR-related issues
- Ensuring employee information is up-to-date
- Typing of business letters and correspondence
- Managing emails
- Liaising with clients and arranging work schedules
- Organising company events
- Ordering stationery and furniture for the office
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, suppliers, etc
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Sourcing the most competitively priced items PA / Personal Assistant’s Skills required

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Reliability and discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work PA / Personal Assistant’s Key Experience

- Experience in similar office roles (or the ability and willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
