Following re-structuring the Planning & Performance Team are looking for a number of posts to enhance their team, to contribute to the development of the Clinical Care Strategy, the Work Programme Management Office and to support Health and Social Care in the Planning & Performance Management of their services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team leader for our small team. The postholder will be responsible for the management of planning and relevant programmes, focussing on delivery of sustainable high quality and outcome focussed, modern person-centred services in Highland. Working collaboratively across services and health and social care organisations and with statutory and non-statutory partner organisations to ensure plans are integrated internally and externally.
The post holder will be educated to First Degree level and have a Masters Degree or have equivalent experience with postgraduate or other relevant qualifications essential. He/she will have substantial experience as a senior manager in the NHS or Social Work and should have a sound understanding of the Health, Acute, Community, Primary Care and Social Care agenda.
