Plant Manager - Chemical Manufacturer
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 + Pension Scheme
An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the UK’s market-leading manufacturer and supplier of high-performance industrial adhesives and sealants. They have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Plant Manager to oversee the effective running and management of the chemical synthesis Plant, Mixing Area and Site Engineering Departments retail.
- Chemistry/Organic Chemistry Qualifications (Degree/HNC)
- Experience of Managing Production and Operations
- Knowledge of HPLC and GC Analysis Methods
The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership role for a chemical manufacturing company and be qualified to HNC or degree level, ideally with a chemistry background and skilled in HPLC and GC analysis methods. The role is a multi-faceted position requiring a technically competent people manager with the ability to drive the business forward in line with the company’s strategic goals. There is a huge amount of autonomy within the role so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills and experience considerably.
