Domestic Abuse Prevention Worker


- Salary: Pro Rata £24,896
- Job Type: Part time 21 hours per week until July 2020 with likely extension.

Do you enjoy delivering training and awareness raising? Do you have the skills, knowledge and experience to develop and deliver training on domestic abuse as well as supporting those who have experienced domestic abuse?

This post is responsible for providing a training programme to partner agencies, schools and organisations the Stirlingshire area.

The role requires a range of experience and skills. You must be able to work independently and have a strong commitment to equality and a gendered understanding of domestic abuse. You will have strong communication skills have experience of supporting people as well as delivering training programmes.

Stirling and District Women’s Aid offers support, information and temporary refuge accommodation for women and their children who have been physically, emotionally or sexually abused by a partner or former partner.
