Profile:Working within a specific programme or project, you will support the
delivery of process design & continuous improvement utilising industry
standard tools and methodologies resulting in an improved Customer and Employee
experience and / or cost savings within impacted operational areasKey Accountabilities:Support
the Identification and delivery of opportunities for improvement of business
capability as part of a transformation programme (including both strategic and
tactical hotfixes)Capture
of As-Is and design of processes with RACI, Measures and insights to support
the deployment of operational capabilitiesYour

Certified Lean Six Sigma(Green) BeltISO 20000 (or equivalent quality control standard)ITIL / eTOM process framework certification & expertise
