Process Improvement Analyst
Role: Continuous Improvement Analyst
Location: Solihull, B91
Status: Full Time Permanent
Grade: RCS N
Salary: Up to £28,000
Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:15 and Friday 08:00 - 15:00

DHL Inside Track are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will identify and highlight improvements to current processes offering evidence of cost and risk reductions. Your role will be to develop, test and implement improvements to current customer processes, whilst identifying potential new areas to improve.
Other duties include:
Putting together business case’s to present to the customer.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Create a culture of continuous improvement within the office.
You will have come from a continuous improvement background with experience in change management. A resilient and persuasive personality is essential with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. If you have experience in a logistics, supply chain or automotive environment that would be preferable.
All we ask from you is that you have:
Strong IT skills and a degree in an IT related field would be preferential.
Proven problem solving skills and techniques.
A Lean Six Sigma qualification would be preferential.
