We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Unified Communications product group to lead New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Management, focused on Unified Communications and other related products as required by the business.

The role will involve the creation of easy-to-understand, easy-to-position product offerings for unified communications and contact centre solutions in line with market demand and addressing competitive advantage. Taking full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of New Product Introduction and management of product lifecycles to ensure that, over time, the needs of customers are profitably met. You will support Product Marketing to position product and to enact campaigns in the existing customer base and to net new logos, define and publish product service descriptions, to maintain a clear understanding of product detail across the business and to our customers. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining underlying product costs and defining the pricing policy. Finally you will also ensure that business stakeholders adapt processes and develop expertise so that the product range is effective and efficient and that you define and track KPIs continually to improve product performance .


Our ideal candidate will have very good knowledge of Avaya Unified Communications and ideally Microsoft Unified Communications product ranges. They will have an in-depth knowledge of SIP/ISDN services, minutes usage and related product options, particularly inbound and outbound numbering. They will also have a comprehensive mastery of the use of Excel for tactical analytical purposes and able to manipulate data and produce / track strategic KPIs using business systems.
