Description

We are currently recruiting for a Product Owner who will organise, prioritise and assess work for our scrum team. You'll be gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. Our successful candidate will be able to identify user needs, and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Ultimately, you'll help us roll-out products that deliver our company's vision.

What you'll be doing...


- Communicating with internal colleagues to understand and anticipate their needs
- Consider the opportunities and potential solutions, risks, etc. in addressing business needs
- Incorporating feature requests into product roadmaps
- Grooming and prioritising backlog
- Developing user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Setting sprint goals
- Writing acceptance tests
- Planning releases and upgrades
- Following progress of work and address production issues during sprints
- Analysing preferences and requests of end users
- Refining our agile methodology based on results and client feedback
- Keeping track of industry trends

What you'll need...


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, acting as a facilitator between business and technical communities
- Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with business analysts, UI/UX team, leadership, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within project timeframes
- A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
- A solid understanding of the product lifecycle
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
