Global Technology Infrastructure Services is a team of approximately 4,300 colleagues based in EMEA, US, APAC and Africa. We are accountable for delivering and supporting resilient, secure infrastructure technology and services to customers, clients and colleagues.  

What will you be doing?

• The identification, planning and coordination of a set of projects or work-streams within a programme of business change
• Manage interdependencies in support of specific business strategies
• Maintains a strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives or large-scale change
• Aligns the objectives for defined  and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorises the selection and planning of all related projects and activities
• Plans, directs and co-ordinates activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage
• Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the programme or project
• Evaluates changes to programme and project management practices and initiates improvement to organisation practices
• The coordination of relationships with and between key stakeholders, during the design, management and implementation of business change.

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced leading the delivery of large scale, complex change programmes
• Contributes to the development and adoption of best practices in project management.

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Extensive experience in managing large intricate budgets; knows overall departmental budget and cost dynamics
