Our client, an expanding technical consultancy based in North Cambridge, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. The Project Coordinator will work with our client's project teams assisting with project management duties. This is a growing role within the business and an exciting opportunity for you to learn new skills and shape this role into your own. You will be a team player and enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities will include:

* Supporting projects with administrative and project tasks

* Minute taking in project and client meetings

* Financial tracking

* Liaising with suppliers

* Updating project plans

* Managing documentation approvals

* Setting up projects

* Tracking document status

* Ensuring completeness with compliance and quality requirements

You will gain an understanding of a wide range of projects across medical and consumer sectors whilst working with different project teams. This role requires high levels of attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple activities. You will need to be flexible in your approach in order to deal with changes in priority.

Candidates will need to have strong organisation skills and a proactive, methodical approach. It is essential to have the ability to prioritise a diverse workload whilst multitasking; remaining calm and quality conscious when under pressure. It would be advantageous for candidates to be degree educated in Engineering or Science, and to have experience in a technical services or engineering environment (medical devices in particular). Candidates will need to have previous experience in project planning (including updating Gantt charts), BoM management, and purchase tracking, and must be skilled in action tracking and project risk management. It is essential in this role to have strong computer literacy skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and previous experience of working within an ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management system would be beneficial.

The offices are based in a beautiful rural location close to Cambridge and it would be beneficial to have your own transport
