Description

Due to the launch of a large transformation project within a complex environment we have an exciting Project Manager opportunity to be based in Glasgow for a dynamic, innovative and knowledgeable Business Process Management company.

This role will offer a fantastic opportunity to manage an exciting transformation project with a key client through to delivery.

The key responsibilities will be:


- End to end project management from planning through to mobilisation and delivery
- Managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
- Securing the resources needed to enable successful project delivery, taking account of availability and scheduling
- End to end process improvement responsibilities
- Where appropriate, manages, motivates, develops and coaches assigned team members to create a high performing team.
- Continuously monitors projects for risk issues and regulatory compliance and takes appropriate steps to mitigate.
- Identifying and monitoring project risks, planning and implementing responses to them, and responding to other issues that affect projects
- Overall responsibility for planning and leading the delivery of the whole change lifecycle for projects.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:


- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
- Highly competent in using planning tools and experienced in implementing and operating financial control frameworks
- Solid experience in Business Process Management
- Experience delivering end to end processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience within application development or automation software projects would be desirable.
- Excellent planning, co-ordination and organisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor approach to different levels of stakeholders
- Strong conflict management and negotiating skills.
