Working on a diverse and varied caseload, the appointed the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be gaining exposure to all types of property litigation matters across a range of sectors. Supporting the lawyers within the team you will be working on a variety of property litigation matters including adverse possession, development agreements, restrictive covenants, breaches of covenant, dilapidations and lease extensions. As the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor you will also be gaining support and training to cover any areas you have not necessarily gained much exposure to as well as be given the opportunity to hit build and develop your own caseload of matters.

Ideal Property Litigation Solicitors will have up to 2 years' pqe in dealing with all types of property litigation cases. Newly Qualified Property Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within contentious property during their training contract and have a genuine passion to develop a successful career within this area of law. NQ Property Litigation Solicitors can expect to work for a wide range of clients across a range of sectors and provide dedicated advice to clients on all types of litigation matters.
