Property/ Client Accounts Administrator - Norwich - Excellent package

Due to the need to expand its team, our client has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Property Client Account Administrator to join their Client Accounts team at their Norwich office.

We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in an Accounts or Client Accounts function, ideally with a knowledge of Commercial and Block Management service charges. This will involve budgeting, reporting, year-end reconciliations, and the set-up of new clients and service charge schedules.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and attention to detail and will be organised and personable with good communication skills. Good IT skills and a knowledge of the property management system Qube would be an advantage but full training will be given if necessary.
