The key responsibilities in this role include;


Undertake quality audits (as necessary and
in accordance with a defined audit schedule) to ensure compliance to required
standards including ISO 9001:2015, British Retail Consortium Global Standard
for Storage and Distribution and other recognised international Quality
standards)
Develop, monitor and manage Quality Performance Evaluations of DHL sites and
suppliers
Work to a “one network” standard to ensure adoption of best practice in quality
systems and operations
Detailing thorough audit observations and tracking to ensure timely close
out by all sites and suppliers
Travel regularly to sites to conduct audits,
support issue resolution and work with other functional teams to drive the
Quality agenda

We are
looking for an independent, driven, motivated individual to be part of a core
team who contribute to achieving Quality Standards across all BUs within the
UKI.

The
successful candidate will:

Possess a can do attitude and actively supports the Quality agenda for all BUs
Auditor qualification in recognised Quality Management Systems e.g.
ISO9001:2015 or PS9000:2016 or ISO14001
Full understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standard
Proven track record in QA and Auditing to ISO standards
Possess a can do attitude and actively supports the Quality agenda for all Business
Units
Ability to build strong working
relationships across all levels of the organisation
Be a strong communicator who understands client requirements and contributes to
successfully building the Quality BrandTo be successful in this role you need to be
results and goal orientated with a proven track record of
delivery. Experience and understanding of the BU and Supply Chain
will be important to enable you to ensure that all sites are (and maintain)
full compliance in relation to DHL, Regulatory and Client standards.
