Available Hours:

Permanent - Full Time - 37 hours per week.

This position covers South West, Scotland and Wales.

The role will involve travel and staying away from home.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Quality Improvement Manager to join the Team at MHA.

Applicants must be keen to make a positive difference to the lives of older people both in leading by example and coaching key staff members to improve quality. We are looking for someone who has a health or social care professional qualification, who has worked as a manager in health or social care and who has previously monitored quality standards in a care setting.

The applicant must be able to provide advice relating to serious incident management, regulation and safeguarding vulnerable adults and must be able to support the training and development of staff. The applicant must also be able to travel within an allocated Region and must be a car driver.
