Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday's 08:00-13:00

The ideal Quality Manager will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application:
•Experience with data collection and analysis
•A strong background at implementing quality systems within a manufacturing environment
•Experienced in problem solving techniques (8D)
•Knowledge of 6 Sigma process beneficial
•Competent/capable of driving quality throughout a large business and manufacturer
•Aerospace experience, ideally NADCAP experience
The work environment:
Clean manufacturing facilities, managing a team of Quality Engineers a Quality Inspection department. Various manufacturing processes utilised that include CNC machining, Anodising, Sheet Metal Work, NDT Heat Treatment.
Overview of duties/responsibilities:
•Responsible for implementing the quality management system
•Working closely with all areas of the business to agree, set and deliver high quality standards
•Lead the sites quality team
•Influence and drive quality within the business
Location: Southen-on-Sea, Commutable from: Chelmsford, Romford, Grays, Basildon, Brentwood, Southend-on-Sea and Surrounding areas.
