Description

We are looking for a friendly and positive person to join our New Cross Hair and Beauty team to manage staff, clients, online bookings and our social media platforms.

We are looking for someone to assist us with general office duties and can help us increase our online presence. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with an enthusiastic personality with a creative flair, team management and great organisation skills.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for the below:


- Managing daily bookings made online, email, via the phone and in-person
- Managing both booking systems Shedul and Treatwell for all online bookings
- Creating and organising social media posts for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
- Posting and engaging via our social media platforms
- Coming up with new deal ideas, promotions and basic advertising
- Reporting a social media monthly plan to our Creative Agency manager
- Responsible for keeping client notes and details organised at all times
- Basic knowledge of Squarespace if in need of small website updates
- Managing staff when in need for bookings, holidays etc
- Use Excel document to keep track of sold products
- Overall management of the salon, tidiness and key-holding You're our ideal person for the team if:

- You have a high interest in the latest beauty and fashion industry
