A rare opportunity has arisen for a slick and motivated Receptionist to join a fast growing investment management firm led by some of the world’s most successful hedge fund managers.

Dynamic, team-focussed and highly successful, based in stunning Piccadilly office, the firm are seeking a reliable, and motivated operations or facilities assistant. Sitting within a small and close-knit team, you will be the “go-to” person for the office handling all Front-of-house and facilities administration tasks.

This is a demanding and fast paced position that’s needs a committed individual, as your daily duties will change depending on the office needs. Day to day working alongside one other, you will be overseeing the smooth running of the office, meeting and greeting guests, liaising with suppliers, managing contractor communication, processing office orders and invoices, handling incoming enquiries and producing monthly security and maintenance reports.
