Description

Receptionist and Administration Assistant

Overview of Role:
Assist with the day to day running of the reception area and administration tasks as listed in the specific duties detailed below:

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


- Assist with greeting of clients and visitors
- Assist with answering and redirection of phone calls
- General housekeeping - purchase of milk and supplies, dishwasher end of day
- Lunchtime and holiday period reception cover
- Assist with catering, client refreshments as required
- Receipt and manage deliveries in absence of admin assistant
- Daily Post - incoming and outgoing, including scanning as required
- Re-direction of post for registered office clients
- Liaison and distribution of post/deliveries for other RB offices as required
- Daily checks of stationery, offices supplies
- Archiving administration
- Printer data monitoring and liaise with supplier as required
- Assist with ordering of stationery and office supplies
- Assist with maintenance of client records in and out system
- Assist/cover weekly fire alarm test as required
- Ad-hoc duties as required


Requirement and experience


- Organised and with recent relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good team player with ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive individual who is able to switch from one activity to another and who enjoys client contact, both on the phone and face to face.
