Description

As a Receptionist, you will be on hand to welcome the guests, ensuring all details are accurately taken and telephone calls are handled promptly in both a personal and professional manner. Exceptional customer service skills and a polite friendly manner are key to this exciting role. Your key responsibilities will include check in and check out of guests, billing, messaging, guest relations, reservations and taking payments/ deposits. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and will sell this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales. Due to the demands of the business you will be required to be fully flexible, work shifts which including weekends and will be also trained to work in the bar and restaurant during the busy periods.
