We are an extremely exciting, young consultancy looking to help develop our North West office with their next 2 hires. If you want to work in a fast paced faced changing environment then this is the role for you. You will have the chance to be entrepreneurial, take responsibility and ownership for the role and have the chance to progress long-term in to management or leadership.

Our solution is a proven one used by all business' throughout the UK. We work with a broad range of clients from Software Vendors with over 12,000 employees globally to smaller startups with 50 people in the UK and looking to expand. You will get to work with some of the best companies around and offer a consultative and professional service whilst building meaningful long-term partnerships.

Our offices are based in Didsbury. You will get an extremely attractive commission structure, flexible working hours including some home working, young & modern culture, relaxed environment and most importantly unlimited opportunity to develop. There is no reason with 3 years you can be pushing over £80,000 - £90,000 in earnings and be looking to head up your own division.

The role: Recruitment Consultant

- Generate new business relationship from the ground up
- Conducting the full sales cycle and be completely responsible for you own client base
- Build true partnerships with clients including visiting customers as and when neccessary
- Focus on providing an exceptional service
- Worked to quartly targets for revenue generated
- Be a challenger and somebody that brings idea's and opportunities
- Strong communication capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
- Thoughts / Industry leader immersing youself in everything to do with the business

Experience: Recruitment Consultant

- 1+ year B2B consultative sales experience
- New business experience
- Highly target driven and money orientated attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast pace fast changing environment
- Polished, professional and credible
- Ready to take on challenges and open to learning new things
- Keen drive to progress and develop
