Humres supply highly sought-after engineers of all kinds to companies that find it difficult to recruit them in the talent short market we are in. Post Brexit this is expected to get worse. We currently have over 20,000 engineers registered with us that service and maintain lifts, air conditioners, commercial boilers, fire sprinklers, CCTV, catering equipment and many other similar niches.
We get paid about £3000 for every engineer we find for a client and pay £1000 of that to the recruiter. A good recruiter will place 3-5 engineers a month.
We are looking for 5 hardworking, disciplined, hungry potential recruiters that can handle working from home and are emotionally intelligent. You must be able to sell a service and have high resilience as the successful candidate will be someone that can talk to people at all levels and is happy to make 50-80 calls a day.
