This is a fantastic opportunity to join an Independent recruitment agency operating across Accountancy, Industrial, Health and Social Care, Engineering, Driving, Commercial, Construction and IT. This is a leading independent recruitment agency which is both financially stable and able to operate with an entrepreneurial flair. The business has local branches within a national network so can provide a bespoke service or can manage large PSL business. They are professional, friendly and career-minded and provide customer services excellence to clients and candidates.


They are wishing to appoint a professional Recruitment Consultant to work within the busy industrial division. You will be expected to lead by example and will be responsible for developing the existing client base, selling services to new businesses within your designated geographical area and achieving both activity and financial targets which you will set yourself. This is a 360-degree role and will suit an experienced recruiter who is looking to take on further responsibilities in the longer term.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record within a fast-paced recruitment industry environment.
Communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism are all qualities needed to succeed in this role. You will be a natural problem solver who has ambition and has proved to be capable and loyal.

All Recruitment industry backgrounds will be considered for this role, however, a background within a commercial services recruitment sector is an advantage.
