Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator – 18 Month FTC
Salary: £22,022 - £23,400 (Depending on Experience)
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Benefits: 25 days annual leave,
10%bonus

The Opportunity


A recruitment coordination position has become available within the EMEA Human Resources team to support UK Graduate and Undergraduate recruitment-related administration campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys building relationships with new people and offers the chance to experience an end to end recruitment campaign for a global organisation.


Job Responsibilities and Duties:


Working in a busy and fast paced environment, you will be providing day to day support to the UK Early Talent Manager to deliver the national Graduate and Undergraduate Recruitment Campaign.


•Supporting Pre-Recruitment & Shortlist Meetings
•Coordinating and attending on-campus activities with partner universities such as career fairs
•Scheduling assessment centres and providing all the necessary documentation such as interview guides/assessor packs
•Liaising with external candidates, internal managers and suppliers to ensure a positive candidate experience
•Ensuring systems and recruitment related trackers are always maintained and up to date
•Managing the Graduate inbox and responding promptly to all queries
•“Engagement Days” – coordinating and attending induction days for the new intake of graduate & placement students
•Promoting the employer brand through social media
•Providing ad hoc administrative support.


Qualifications

Skills and Experience:


Candidates will have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:


•Previous experience in an administration role
•Experience of working with both internal and external customers
•Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with various partners both inside and outside of the organisation
•Strong planning and organising skills
•Comfortable to travel within the UK during busy campaign periods


Candidates may have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:


•Previous Recruitment experience
•Experience using HR systems, such as Workday
•Previous experience working within a matrix organisation
•Experience of / exposure to, working with multiple facilities
•A creative mind and enjoys being innovative to help drive new ways of doing things
•Proficient with Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPoint
