Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for document redaction/anonymization and other transparency-related deliverables
- Interacts directly and independently with client to coordinate all facets of transparency projects; expert communicator; builds and maintains strong client contacts and relationships
- Strong understanding of US and global transparency regulatory requirements (eg, EMA Policy 0070); assures alignment of regulations with company systems and working practices
- Provides business input and testing support for document redaction/anonymization systems and documentation, including defining system requirements and business use cases, UAT test script development and execution, content review of marketing and training materials, and development of user guides. Previous experience with software development preferred but not required
- Creates training exercises; serves as mentor and trains new transparency team members
- Participates in transparency and/or organizational initiatives
- Initiates SOP updates and provide specifications for transparency systems/tools and process enhancements
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues
- Confident, positive attitude displayed towards clients and projects
- Confidently displays excellent internal and external customer service

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific or health care field preferred with industry or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in transparency field with a minimum of 3 years' experience leading projects
- Extensive knowledge of US and global transparency regulatory requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in an energetic, fast paced environment
- Minimal travel required
