About the role
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-known leisure organisation who are looking to hire an experienced Regional Learning & Development Manager as part of an exciting new structure implementation.
You will be responsible for the full L&D cycle across your region which will consist of a number of sites througout the North West

The purpose of this role is to develop creative blended learning interventions which will meet business needs, drive change and maximise individual and organisational performance.
This is a completely new structure and you will therefore have high levels of autonomy to design material from scratch and implement bespoke learning solutions that are designed to be fully fit for purpose.


We would also be keen on candidates who have worked with E-learning material and platforms in previous role and are skilled in this area.

About you:
·Experience within a similar role across a multi-site organisation ideally within Hospitality/Leisure
·Proven track record of leading development, implementation and completion of innovative, creative and engaging training and development projects
·Experience in a broad range of training and development tools and techniques, e.g.
face to face delivery to groups and individuals, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, training needs analysis, training evaluation and validation, facilitation skills
·Knowledge of e-learning and latest training/learning methods
