Description

Mercury Talent are recruiting for a Regional Sales Executive for an expanding company that specialise in confidential data security and destruction. This is a new business generation role and is rewarded with a competitive basic salary and a generous commission scheme. You will be covering the Cambridge and Suffolk region primarily.

The successful candidate will have experience of field sales either in B2B or B2C , enjoy generating and winning new business and be looking to grow their career. You will have inherent strengths such as drive, self-motivation and be driven by personal achievement. In return you will offered a competitive salary of £25-28k DOE, company car, mobile and laptop with an opportunity to earn in the region of £50k in your first year (Uncapped ). Your commission structure will be fair with no threshold to earning.
Key objectives:


- Cover a defined geographical territory to gain new business leads by means of Cold Calling, following up leads generated by an internal telesales teams.
- Meeting set activity KPI's and meeting monthly sales revenue targets.
- Updating CRM system


Progression within the company is encouraged either within sales or in future sales management/coaching and mentoring an expanding sales team.
