Description

Registered Specialist Staff Nurse – RLDN or equivalent (RMN or RGN)

Manor Care Centre - Nairn - Highland

£15.60 per hour plus £20.60 per hour overtime rates

£15.04 per hour plus £20.04 per hour for newly qualified Nurses whilst on Mentorship Training

Our caring and dedicated Staff Nurses work both individually and as part of a skilled team of professionals to provide strong clinical knowledge and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care are achieved.

Your role:

As one of our Staff Nurses, you will lead the team and will be involved in continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents’ needs at the same time coaching your team members and role modelling the best practice. Your skills and experience will be key to supporting our residents with all their needs, through the therapeutic interventions and meaningful activities.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you MUST hold current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification (RGN, RMN or RLDN) have a compassionate and caring attitude, you will have an adequate knowledge and experience and the understanding of nursing role and professional boundaries.

In addition, you will have a proven track record of leading and supporting teams, have excellent communication skills and be able to remain calm under pressure.
