£10.87ph plus uplifts

28 hours per week (working flexibly)

We are a not for profit Company providing a range of medical services for patients 24/7, 365 days a year. We are currently looking to recruit a talented and team spirited Relief Shift leader on a flexible rota pattern of 28 hours per week on a permanent basis.

You will be covering holidays and sickness across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays as required. Your rota will include a mix of daytime, evenings and overnights over seven days a week including Bank Holidays. You will receive a 30% uplift for evenings after 8pm and overnight to 6 am including Saturday daytime, 60% uplift for Sunday shifts.

The Shift Leader is responsible for the management of Call Centre Operations overseeing a multi-disciplinary workforce. You will be responsible for identifying and focusing on levels of operational service delivery and implementing contingencies to ensure that quality is maintained and standards and response times are met.

You should have proven shift management experience preferably in a call centre environment along with excellent communications skills in order to deal with a diverse audience. You will have the ability to work under pressure and produce and analyse statistical data.
