Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading care provider of children in the Holywell area in North Wales. Here at Prospero health & Social Care we are searching for a candidates that have experience of support workers children in a busy children's home.

The home is in the Holywell area of North Wales and provides high quality care for 4 children with EBD behaviours and the ideal candidate will have experience of supporting young people and challenging behaviours. Candidates ideally would have a level 3 diploma Children & Young people but it's not essential and you must be able to drive and have your own car.

The residential Support worker will be expected to work on shift pattern below with additional pay of £34 per sleep on top of your hourly rate. The shift pattern is a 2 on then 4 off shift pattern highlighted below

2:4 pattern - paid as a salary for 40 hours a week working on a banked hours system (owe us a shift every 3 weeks which we use to cover annual leave). Pattern works two on four off, each shift followed by a sleep as and when required, picking up bank shifts to work hours back as and when required (as per the rota).
