One of the South West's leading employers are seeking a Resources and Production Site Manager to join the team at our Pynes Water Treatment Works, just outside of Exeter.

What will you be doing?
The Resources and Production Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day supervision of all Water Treatment operational activities to ensure that all work undertaken is safe and cost-effective and that a reliable water product, compliant with quality standards, enters the water distribution network at all times.
You'll work with the Process Engineer, Scientific and Water Quality, and Asset Management and Engineering teams to ensure asset improvements are effectively planned, controlled and delivered without impact on product quality, quantity or service delivery.
The Resources and Production Site Manager will provide consistent leadership, resilience, responsibility and decision making for the team, ensuring individual, site, team and departmental targets are achieved or outperformed.
Additionally, you will conduct root cause analysis on all callouts to Water Treatment Works to drive process reliability and availability.
What do you need?
*Experience in Water Treatment or a similar process *Ability to lead a team of Technicians to deliver the asset operation and improvement requirements *Ability to turn information in to decisions that support the delivery of the departmental business plan *Seeks, listens to and values the input of others *Full UK Drivers Licence *IOSH/NEBOSH Health & Safety Qualifications would be beneficial
