Liberty HR Recruitment is thrilled to be working with a market leading client in seeking a Resourcing Advisor to look after the full recruitment lifecycle for one of our client's prestigious projects.
Supporting the Resourcing Partner, the successful candidate will have a background in recruitment either in a recruitment agency or in an in-house recruitment role with account management experience.
You will need a proven track record of executing volume recruitment to a high standard and demonstrable experience of being able to source and attract candidates directly.
An ability to evidence the effectiveness of recruitment through analysis of data and KPIs will also be essential, as is an understanding of methods of attraction and selection, with a curiosity to learn even more!
You will be able to foster strong working relationships with hiring managers to ensure that a positive candidate experience is at the heart of everything you do.
You will be comfortable planning and managing your time effectively of course and will have a strong attention to detail.
You will also need to demonstrate a wish to continuously explore ways to improve attraction and selection strategies.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £24,000 per annum and a generous benefits package, including the ability to work from home for part of the week.
The position will be based in Brighton and there will be regular travel as there are other sites to support, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle will be necessary.
The successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure at the client's expense, and you need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK.
