Working in their Scottish Tapas Restaurant, you will manage their team and work with the Head Chef to deliver both an awesome guest and employee experience.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can spot potential in our clients team members and lead and develop them to achieve this, whilst delivering a incredibly high quality, unique and passionate service to their guests.

You will drive and continuously improve service standards within the restaurant whilst assisting with maximising revenue opportunities.

As Restaurant Manager you will currently be in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel or high quality restaurant brand, someone who is potentially looking for their next step up within their career.
